Great Yards Landscape Maintenance was founded on a simple idea: provide exceptional landscape services backed by outstanding customer care. What began as a small family operation has grown into one of the most trusted landscape maintenance companies in the Willamette Valley.

Established in July 2007 by Gilbert Victoria, with the support of his father Marcelino Victoria, GYLM brings over a decade of hands-on experience to every property we service. Gilbert, a Salem, Oregon local, was born in California but has spent his entire life in the Salem area, building strong roots within the community he proudly serves.

Today, Gilbert lives in Salem with his wife and their two children. As a family, they enjoy camping and spending weekends on the soccer fields cheering on their kids. That passion for family, teamwork, and commitment carries directly into how we operate our business.

As a family founded and fast growing company with multiple professional crews, we believe success comes from working together supporting one another, serving our customers with integrity, and giving back to the community. GYLM is proud to support local soccer clubs and schools, and we remain committed to helping make our neighborhoods stronger, cleaner, and more beautiful.
